We will send you (via the post) a questionnaire, this will give us a broad view of your requirements (any additional information you can provide us with can be attached).

Once we have received the completed questionnaire and retainer fee, we will contact you via phone to enhance our picture of the property you are looking for.

We will then begin searching for properties immediately; our local knowledge will save you time, hassle and the expense of making numerous unproductive viewing trips.

We will quickly provide you with details of properties we believe will be of interest to you, taking into account your requirements and giving our opinion of each area and property sent. We will continue to send you such details as properties become available over a four month period or until you advise otherwise.

Our initial fee will also provide for a detailed viewing and report on two properties whereby we will relate to you our opinion upon each property, its price, upkeep, location etc.

For an additional cost we can view additional properties, continue to search after the four month period and negotiate for purchase on your behalf. We will not divulge your name or details without your permission.

Our prime area of operation is North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire, a radius of 20 miles from BRIGG, which encompasses the area North of Lincoln to the River Humber and Scunthorpe with surrounding villages to the East coast at Grimsby and Cleethorpes.

We will search for any Residential Property. When you complete on a property which we have introduced to you, we charge a small ‘success fee’, much smaller than that charged by most other ‘Property Finders’.
